The ground floor of the Spurriergate Centre is fully accessible, and this is where the toilets and all other unique amenities can be found. The mezzanine level is accessed by a flight of stairs and so will only be used for open gaming space, so no-one should be excluded from activities.

Since allergies to nuts are common, YBGC is a fully nut-free event. We want this to be a safe and welcoming space for all. If you have allergies that you're worried about or would like to talk about being safe at the event, please reach out.

We have a small dedicated sensory space to allow a timeout from the bustle of the day, and we've got table leg extenders at the ready so that powered wheelchairs users can get just as close to the tables for gaming as anyone else.
